How to post jobs on Healthjobsplus.com
REGISTRATION
- Register as a job poster using a valid email address (where it says “not registered?” on the homepage of www.healthjobsplus.com
- Select either direct employer (if you are a single employer) or 3rd party/agency if you are an ad agency or recruiter
- Enter your email address and choose own password, and click ‘submit’
ACCOUNT INFORMATION ENTRY
- Fill in the tabs on the right starting with personal, company, billing info(where invoice should be sent) and subaccount. Only for 3rd party agencies, the company info should be the agency’s info, not your clients. The clients info should be filled out in the subaccounts tab.
SUB ACCOUNTS (AGENCY ACCOUNTS ONLY)
- The last tab is subaccounts. This tab should be used for each client you post a job for.
- Click subaccounts, and click “add new company” to fill in your clients info
- Be certain to fill in the information from bottom to top of page, BEGINNING WITH THE BILLING PLAN. Select “single posting $400”, or “resume mining”, etc.
- From here, fill in the plan duration (30, 60, 90 days), the insertion order#, and select your name from the drop down list under “account administrator”
- Scroll to the top of page and fill out remaining info: company, email, address, etc. and then click “Update” at the bottom of the page.
POST JOB
- At the top center of the page, you’ll see the “post jobs” option, click and follow instructions to post job. All bolded items are required. The Facility information is for where the job is located. If this job is being posted by an agency for a subaccount, you must select the subaccount in the drop-down list in the post job form. When you are completed with the form, click “Post Job” at the bottom.
- After the job has been posted for that subaccount, it will appear in the Control Center under ‘Jobs’
